{"id":2083,"date":"2023-07-12T16:32:40","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T16:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jpevlogistics.com\/?p=2083"},"modified":"2023-07-12T16:32:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T16:32:41","slug":"4-800-contenedores-fueron-derivados-desde-el-puerto-de-buenos-aires-al-puerto-de-montevideo-o-a-terminales-del-sur-de-brasil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jpevlogistics.com\/en\/4-800-contenedores-fueron-derivados-desde-el-puerto-de-buenos-aires-al-puerto-de-montevideo-o-a-terminales-del-sur-de-brasil\/","title":{"rendered":"4.800 contenedores fueron derivados desde el puerto de Buenos Aires al puerto de Montevideo o a terminales del sur de Brasil."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La terminal de contenedores m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds, Exolgan S.A., ubicada en el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cronista.com\/tools\/redirect.php?t=3&amp;i=888147&amp;s=01960f85e277fc81d1553c6063ff8d76\">Puerto Dock Sud<\/a>, opera con interrupciones y a reglamento, producto de la medida de fuerza originada en el conflicto inter sindical por el encuadramiento de un grupo de trabajadores ajeno a dicha empresa, protagonizado entre el Sindicato Unidos Portuarios Argentinos (SUPA) y el Sindicato de Camioneros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se trata de un conflicto que lleva m\u00e1s de diez meses sin que se haya alcanzado una soluci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante tal situaci\u00f3n, el Centro de Navegaci\u00f3n envi\u00f3 una nota a la ministra de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cronista.com\/tools\/redirect.php?t=3&amp;i=890535&amp;s=013f5a9d11ab7416a643ef2c39c95462\">Raquel Olmos<\/a>\u00a0y a su par de Transporte\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cronista.com\/tools\/redirect.php?t=3&amp;i=838024&amp;s=548690c52ec317ef09e913e8b1b9dc04\">Diego Giuliano<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"996\" height=\"538\" data-id=\"2084\" src=\"https:\/\/jpevlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/exolgan.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2084\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jpevlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/exolgan.jpeg 996w, https:\/\/jpevlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/exolgan-300x162.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/jpevlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/exolgan-768x415.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 996px) 100vw, 996px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, que Exolgan solicit\u00f3 formalmente, el 14 de septiembre de 2022, que\u00a0<strong>el Ministerio resolviese el conflicto de encuadramiento sindical<\/strong>conforme los derechos y obligaciones establecidos por el Decreto 1040\/2001, el cual reglamenta la aplicaci\u00f3n del procedimiento para dirimir las cuestiones de encuadramiento sindical. Dicha solicitud, fue reforzada con sendos pedidos de pronto despacho presentados por dicha firma en los meses de noviembre 2022 y junio 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tambi\u00e9n quedaron otras operaciones postergadas, con buques fondeados a la espera de poder entrar a puerto; y peor a\u00fan, habiendo otras sido directamente canceladas considerando el estado insostenible de la situaci\u00f3n, incumpli\u00e9ndose as\u00ed cientos de operaciones de exportaci\u00f3n e importaci\u00f3n, dado la imposibilidad de cargar o descargar contenedores en dicha terminal, lo que totaliz\u00f3 en el agregado,\u00a0<strong>una p\u00e9rdida de operaci\u00f3n de 4.800 contenedores, que fueron finalmente operados en el Puerto de Montevideo o puertos del sur de Brasil<\/strong>&#8220;, se\u00f1alaron desde el centro de Navegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ejemplos, en la nota se destaca que, entre otros, el buque Cape Kortia (Servicio Oriente), fue impedido de efectuar la carga y descarga de 2.500 contenedores; y el buque MSC Barcelona (Servicio USA), fue impedido de efectuar la carga y descarga de 1.100 contenedores. Asimismo, tampoco se pudo dar giro al buque-feeder Argentino II (\u00fanico barco que en la actualidad brinda el servicio de transporte por agua de cabotaje con Puerto Ushuaia), por no poder contar la terminal con recursos suficientes para operarlo, generando una p\u00e9rdida de 791 movimientos de contenedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>La presente situaci\u00f3n se suma a una lamentable din\u00e1mica de conflictividad generalizada que viene afectando seriamente la confiabilidad de toda la actividad mar\u00edtimo-portuaria de nuestro pa\u00eds<\/strong>, produce p\u00e9rdidas millonarias en divisa, en t\u00e9rminos de incumplimientos de contratos, lucro cesante y extra costos, no solo para toda la cadena log\u00edstica interviniente, sino tambi\u00e9n para sus actores fundamentales, importadores y exportadores, lesionando la cadena de abastecimiento y la producci\u00f3n nacional, adem\u00e1s de a las propias autoridades aduanera y portuaria, que se ven impedidas de poder cumplir con sus funciones y recibir los ingresos correspondientes al servicio prestado&#8221;, resaltaron desde el Centro de
